The Product Designer will work alongside a full-time Product Owner, engineering team, and pedagogical specialists to transform digital literacy concepts into user-friendly experiences for teachers, students, and education departments. This includes designing interactive educational experiences and ensuring product usability in various school environments.
Responsibilities
- Transform a digital literacy thesis into journeys, flows, and interfaces that are simple and viable for teachers, students, and education secretaries
- Design conversational flows where artificial intelligence reduces the teacher's workload, ensuring a usable product and not just a demo for meetings
- Create alternative experiences that work in both cutting-edge laboratories and unstable or disconnected contexts
- Design secure and transparent interfaces for children and adolescents, protecting data privacy (LGPD) from the first sketch
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX or Learning Experience Design
- History in designing complex digital products (B2B, B2B2C, SaaS or EdTechs)
- Strong discovery, mapping, and prototyping skills
- Absolute mastery of Figma and ability to create initial interface patterns and components
- Comfort navigating ambiguity in early-stage scenarios and testing hypotheses quickly
- Product mentality: balancing the desire for aesthetic innovation with operational pragmatism and technical feasibility
