As a UX Designer-Researcher, you will design user-friendly interfaces and continuously improve user experience for applications and websites. You will analyze user needs, conduct research, and collaborate with analysts and developers to ensure applications meet user requirements.
Responsibilities
- Participate in needs analysis and familiarize yourself with users and their environment
- Determine and plan research methods
- Help recruit participants and collect information
- Propose the most suitable solution and design interfaces
- Assist analysts and developers in designing user interfaces
- Ensure the developed application meets user requirements and is accessible
Requirements
- University degree (master's degree in product development is a plus)
- At least 5 years of experience in designing mobile and web interfaces
- Strong analytical skills, creative talents, and good listening skills
- Experience with user-centered design methods and tools
