- Set the vision and position Maven as a design leader
- Build and champion a design system that creates consistency at speed
- Lead product design across Maven's core programs
- Own brand design end to end
- Build an AI-native design practice
Requirements
- 10+ years of design experience
- 4+ years leading multidisciplinary design teams
- Strong portfolio demonstrating craft across product design and brand
- Proven ability to connect design priorities to business goals
- AI-native working style
- Experience shipping AI-driven or conversational product experiences
Benefits
- Base salary range: $250,000 - $300,000 per year
