The UI Designer will own and evolve the product’s design system, managing the lifecycle of components and ensuring accessibility compliance. They will work closely with the development team to ensure components are ready for development and participate in design alignment sessions.

Requirements
- Candidates should have a working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 and advanced skills in Figma, including maintaining a component library. A commitment to user-centred design and the ability to make independent design decisions are also required.
