The UX Designer will conduct user research to understand needs and contexts, participate in product discovery phases, and create user journeys and workflows. They will design wireframes, prototypes, and collaborate with product and development teams to integrate solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conducting user research activities (interviews, observation, usage analysis, co-design workshops...)
- Participating in the Discovery and Define phases to explore product issues and identify opportunities for improvement
- Formalizing personas, user journeys, and workflows to structure the understanding of the user's journey
- Designing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to test and iterate on solutions
- Organizing and analyzing user tests to validate design hypotheses and improve solutions
- Collaborating closely with product, development, and UX teams to integrate designed solutions into applications
- Producing and sharing UX deliverables (research reports, flows, interaction specifications, prototypes...)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in UX design
- Master's degree in UX design or a related field
- Knowledge of UX methodologies (design thinking, user research, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design)
- Proficiency in a design tool (ideally Figma)
- Sensitivity to AI issues in user experience
- Team spirit and ease in a collaborative context (workshops, design sprints...)
- Analytical mind, curiosity, and ability to synthesize
