Create high-quality visual marketing materials for real estate projects, including brochures, digital ads, and social media campaigns. Develop branding elements for new development projects and propose innovative ideas to enhance marketing campaign effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality visual marketing materials, including brochures, social media visuals, information signs, and investment presentations
- Develop branding elements for new development projects, such as logos, signage, presentations, and other visual materials
- Design for various platforms, including print, digital, social media, and outdoor advertising (OOH)
- Propose new and innovative ideas to enhance marketing campaigns, user engagement, and brand awareness
Requirements
- Higher education in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate, architecture, premium brands, or urban development
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience in creating branding elements, including logos, signage, presentations, and other visual materials
