Responsibilities
- The Design Systems Lead will own the strategy, evolution, and execution of Imprint's design system to enable scalable product development. This includes mentoring a design systems team and integrating AI-native workflows into the design-to-code lifecycle.
Requirements
- Candidates need 8+ years of product design experience with a proven track record of leading and scaling design systems across multiple teams. Deep expertise in component architecture, design tokens, and close collaboration with frontend engineering is required.
