The UX Designer will collaborate with scrum teams to iterate on UX design in an agile model and work with clients to understand their UX requirements. They will create mockups, gather feedback, and design high-quality UI according to modern design principles.
Responsibilities
- Work in collaboration with one or more Scrum teams and iterate UX design in an agile model
- Work with clients to understand the real requirements from a UX point of view and predict possible UX changes based on experience
- Create mockups of UX design proposals and obtain feedback from clients for iteration
- Design high-quality UI according to modern design principles for commercial software
- Illustrate and optimize software workflows for UX optimization
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI
- Proficient in analysis, problem-solving, and problem resolution
- Practical experience in data management and data quality is an advantage
- Advanced level of English
