- Lead comprehensive UX research to understand guest behaviors and pain points across physical and digital store environments. Translate research findings into strategic product, service, and operational decisions to improve the end-to-end shopping journey.
Requirements
- Requires 4+ years of experience as a product or design researcher with a strong portfolio and proficiency in diverse qualitative and quantitative methods. A degree in Anthropology, Psychology, HCI, or a related social science field is preferred.
