The Visual Designer will participate in creating and maintaining brand visual styles under mentorship, assist in optimizing brand identity, and collaborate with product designers on visual designs for applications and websites. They will also engage in creative marketing material production and explore dynamic graphics.
Responsibilities
- Participate in creating and maintaining the brand's visual style under the guidance of a mentor
- Assist in optimizing and iterating on brand logos
- Collaborate with product designers on application and website interface visual design
- Participate in design reviews and learn to balance visual aesthetics with user experience
- Create visual materials for social media, marketing campaigns, and offline events
- Develop personal creative judgment and understanding of brand tone
- Explore dynamic graphics and micro-interactions in design
- Follow Web3 and design trends, participating in team sharing and discussions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Digital Media Art, or related fields
- Personal portfolio showcasing visual aesthetic and creative expression abilities
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop
- Good color sense, typography, and composition skills
- Clear communication and teamwork abilities
- Adaptability to fast-paced work rhythms and self-driven learning willingness
