Lead the UX/UI design strategy and roadmap for the official website, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and high-quality output while monitoring key experience metrics for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a UX/UI design strategy that aligns with the brand's goals and objectives
- Lead a team of designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design decisions
- Conduct user research, create user journey maps, and develop design systems and UI kits
- Design and deliver high-fidelity prototypes, and collaborate with development teams to ensure design implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in design-related majors
- 7+ years of UX/UI design experience, with at least 3 years of experience in overseas website design
- Strong understanding of UI design principles, including typography, color, and composition
- Solid foundation in user-centered design methodology, including user research, information architecture, interaction design, and prototyping
