(Senior) Product Designer (m/w/d) · Hamburg | Hybrid

You will be responsible for the entire design process from concept to go-live, collaborating closely with product management and engineering. This includes conducting user research, creating prototypes, and maintaining the design system.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualization and discovery: You are responsible for the entire design process, from the first concept idea to go-live, in close coordination with product management and engineering.
• User research: You plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews, usability tests, and in-app surveys.
• Prototyping and testing: You create prototypes at the right fidelity level, prepare and conduct usability tests, and draw clear next steps from test results.
• Design system and quality: You maintain and develop our design system, thinking systemically and implementing consistently.
• KI in the design process: You drive the use of new KI tools in the team and set standards instead of just following.

Requirements

• AI-native working, proven: You use KI tools regularly in your design routine, whether for research synthesis, concept iteration, prototyping, or UX writing.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in product or UX design, with relevant time spent on complex digital products
• A pronounced conceptual strength: You love to think through complex systems and translate them into clear, understandable user flows
• Proven experience in user research, both qualitative and quantitative
• Proven experience with design systems: development, maintenance, and further development
• Very good knowledge of Figma
• Data affinity: You can read, categorize, and use product metrics, funnel data, and test results as a basis for design decisions
• Self-responsible way of working: You drive topics forward independently, recognize when you need coordination, and do not lose quality or tempo in the process
• Experience with B2B or SaaS products: You know how to differentiate between user needs and business requirements
