Responsible for the full design cycle of growth and monetization flows, including onboarding, retention mechanics, and upsell scenarios. Collaborates with Product Managers to validate hypotheses through A/B testing and rapid prototyping to increase LTV.

- Design and iterate on subscription flows and upsell scenarios
- Develop onboarding that leads to the first 'aha-moment'
- Work on retention mechanics: in-app communication, re-engagement
- Analyze product metrics and A/B testing data, formulate hypotheses
- Create quick prototypes and conduct usability testing
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design
- Focus on consumer mobile apps
- Portfolio with cases of Growth and Monetization
- Expert-level in Figma and Figma Make
- Understanding of product metrics and A/B testing data
