Design and develop key UX flows for AI recommendations, outfits, and wardrobe management. Lead product discovery through user research and usability testing to translate insights into design solutions from concept to release.
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing key UX flows: AI recommendations, outfits, wardrobe management
- Conducting product discovery: user research, usability testing, formulating insights, and converting them into design decisions
- Developing new features from concept to release in close collaboration with PM and developers
- Maintaining consistency of the product experience through work with the design system
- Participating in defining the product direction
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design
- Strong portfolio with cases that demonstrate the entire cycle: research, concept, release, and results
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Figma Make
- Understanding of product metrics (CR, LTV, churn) and ability to work with product analytics
- Self-motivation and ability to lead tasks from problem formulation to research, solution finding, and product release without micromanagement
- Active use of AI tools in work and interest in automation
