BA / UX Designer – Portail Risque de Crédit – H/F

The role involves designing user journeys and interfaces for a unified Credit Risk Portal, ensuring a smooth user experience. You will work closely with Product Owners and delivery teams to transform complex business processes into intuitive interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Conception of user-centered UX/UI design
- Immersion and analysis of current user experiences
- Design of user journeys and structuring of complex information
- Prototyping and testing of designs
- Collaboration with developers to ensure integration of designs
- Application of the company's Design System and accessibility standards
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a BA and/or UX Designer
- Expertise in UX design, design thinking, and interactive prototyping
- Knowledge of web development fundamentals (HTML/CSS)
- Experience in the banking sector or credit risk management is a plus
