Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in an accredited engineering curriculum is required, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Computer, or Agricultural Engineering. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills, along with experience in drivetrain controls and validation planning.
