Senior UX Designer (m/w/d)

As a Senior UX Designer, you will develop user-centered UX concepts for the website and other touchpoints, focusing on strategic, visually appealing, and conversion-strong designs. You will lead UX projects independently, collaborate with various teams, and mentor junior designers.

Responsibilities

• Develop user-centered UX concepts for the website and other touchpoints, strategically and visually appealing
• Work with user research, usability tests, and data to derive clear UX optimizations
• Develop UX guidelines, design principles, and the design system together with UI design
• Collaborate closely with product, tech, and marketing teams and moderate workshops, design sprints, and stakeholder sessions
• Lead UX projects independently, advise departments and management, and mentor junior UX designers
• Drive modern UX workflows, use innovative tools and AI sensibly, and strengthen customer-centric product development

Requirements

• Strong UX foundation through relevant studies or equivalent training
• 5-7 years of experience in UX/interaction design
• User-centered thinking and understanding of digital interactions, especially in the e-commerce environment
• Ability to make decisions based on data and tests, such as analytics, A/B tests, heatmaps, and click path analysis
• Experience with modern UX tools like Figma or Framer and a solid technical understanding of HTML/CSS
• Ability to work conceptually strong in German and English
