- Create data-backed design assets, motion graphics, and short-form videos for social media platforms to drive digital marketing KPIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement A/B tests and iterate designs based on user research and performance data.
Requirements
- Requires 1-3 years of graphic design experience focused on performance creative and CRO, plus at least one year of motion graphics experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is essential, along with knowledge of performance marketing metrics.
