UX Researcher | Automotive

The UX Researcher will contribute to defining user experiences for automotive infotainment and HMI systems. They will conduct UX research activities and translate insights into wireframes and prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the definition of the user experience for infotainment and HMI systems in the automotive sector
- Conduct UX research activities (interviews, usability tests, benchmarking, user needs analysis)
- Translate research insights into wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with design, development, and product teams to align user requirements and technical constraints
- Use Figma for interface design and design system creation and management
- Support the validation of solutions through user testing and stakeholder feedback
- Document UX guidelines and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Participate in co-design workshops and cross-functional brainstorming sessions
Requirements
- Degree in Design (UX/UI, Interaction, Product) or related disciplines, or equivalent experience
- Practical experience in the automotive sector on HMI/infotainment projects or related digital products
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a UX Researcher and UX Designer, preferably on complex digital products
- Good knowledge of UX research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative) and main UX deliverables
- Excellent knowledge of Figma for interface design and prototyping
