Lead end-to-end product design processes from discovery to delivery for web and mobile platforms. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to transform user insights into intuitive, accessible, and high-value digital interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end product design processes
- Plan and execute user research using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and user behavior
- Create user journeys, navigation flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define solutions
- Validate hypotheses and solutions through usability testing and experimentation
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UI/UX Designer in digital products
- Experience in end-to-end project management
- User research experience
- Knowledge of Design Thinking, User-Centered Design, and Product Discovery
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma
- Experience in creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and interfaces for web and mobile
