Senior UX UI Designer

The Senior UX/UI Designer will create user-centric design solutions and collaborate with various teams to improve the student experience. They will lead projects from concept to execution and mentor junior staff.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with colleagues to understand user problems and create wireframes, design high-fidelity mockups and interaction specifications
- Define and maintain detailed design patterns that scale across University platforms and applications
- Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions and presentations to demonstrate product features and flows
- Exercise product discovery methods to gather qualitative and quantitative insights and inform design decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human-computer Interaction, Information Architecture, User Experience Design, Visual Design, Web Design or similar
- Six (6) years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, product designer or similar role
- A strong portfolio showcasing examples of market-leading user experience and visual design work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
