Create high-impact visual assets across digital, print, retail, and e-commerce channels to maintain and elevate the brand identity. Responsibilities include professional photo retouching, motion design, and developing retail marketing materials for partners like Target and Ulta Beauty.

Responsibilities

• Design high-impact creative assets across paid social, organic social, email marketing, website, Amazon, TikTok Shop, digital advertising, and PR campaigns
• Develop visually engaging marketing materials that align with Wavytalk's brand identity and business objectives
• Collaborate closely with Brand Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, E-Commerce, and Product teams to support launches and campaigns
• Maintain brand consistency across all customer-facing touch points
• Retouch product photography, lifestyle imagery, campaign visuals, and e-commerce assets to professional beauty-industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field
• 3-5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, consumer products, or e-commerce brands
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across digital, print, branding, and marketing design
• Exceptional photo retouching and image editing skills
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
