The UI Designer will create digital interfaces for web and mobile, focusing on visual quality and consistency. They will develop prototypes, apply design systems, and collaborate with product designers and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Create digital interfaces for web and mobile with a focus on visual quality, clarity, and consistency
- Develop medium and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Use Artificial Intelligence tools to accelerate and optimize the delivery process
- Apply and evolve the Design System to ensure consistency between different products and flows
- Define visual standards, components, and best practices for interfaces
- Support the design team in building and refining visual solutions for digital products
- Collaborate with Product Designers to transform flows into final interfaces
- Support basic discovery activities, such as benchmarking, usability testing, and A/B testing, as needed
- Ensure the visual quality and consistency of design deliverables
- Work in partnership with the development team to ensure effective implementation of interfaces
- Present visual solutions and decisions to the squad or stakeholders as necessary
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI Designer, designing interfaces for digital products
- Strong proficiency in Interface Design for web and mobile
- Experience in creating, maintaining, or using Design Systems
- Proven experience with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to the design process to accelerate and optimize delivery
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, and prototyping)
- Solid knowledge of visual hierarchy, typography, grid, and layout composition
- Understanding of accessibility applied to digital interfaces
- Experience in handoff for development and collaboration with technical teams
- Ability to transform wireframes and flows into consistent visual interfaces
- Basic knowledge of interface research and validation methods, such as benchmarking, usability testing, and A/B testing
