You will be responsible for the entire design process from concept to go-live, collaborating closely with product management and engineering. This includes conducting user research, creating prototypes, and maintaining the design system.
Responsibilities
- Conception and discovery: responsible for the entire design process, from idea to go-live
- User research: plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, analyze results, and develop concept priorities
- Prototyping and testing: create prototypes, prepare and conduct usability tests, and draw clear conclusions from test results
- Design system and quality: maintain and develop the design system, work closely with engineering to ensure consistent implementation
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in product or UX design
- Experience with complex digital products
- Strong conceptual skills
- Experience with user research (qualitative and quantitative)
- Knowledge of design systems
- Data affinity
- Independent working style
- Experience with B2B or SaaS products
- German as mother tongue
