Responsibilities
- Own daily manual regression testing and patch verifications
- Manage daily customer support communication via emails and calls
- Maintain and refactor existing Playwright and TypeScript testing repository
- Use Typewise's AI platform to design triage specialists and intake workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure correct technical feasibility and implementation of designs
Requirements
- Experience in technical customer support
- Manual testing experience
- Automation framework experience (Playwright/TypeScript)
- Detail-oriented and willingness to execute manual test flows rigorously
- Crisp communication skills
