Lead end-to-end digital experience design, creating wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes. Conduct user research and maintain design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of digital experiences from start to finish, ensuring usability and alignment with project objectives
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes to iterate, test, and validate ideas
- Conduct user research to identify needs and translate findings into tangible design improvements
- Develop, scale, and maintain Design Systems to ensure visual and functional consistency across all platforms
- Design attractive, accessible, and functional user interfaces
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure correct technical feasibility and implementation of designs
- Present and justify design proposals to stakeholders, clearly communicating the value and impact of design decisions
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in UX/UI design
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
- Strong understanding of UX Research, high-fidelity prototyping, and digital accessibility
- Experience in creating and managing Design Systems
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for collaboration with development teams
- Advanced English language skills
