Responsible for the end-to-end design process from initial concept to go-live, working within a Product Trio to align user needs with business goals. This includes conducting user research, maintaining the design system, and integrating AI tools to optimize design workflows.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualization and discovery: responsible for the entire design process, from initial concept to go-live, in close collaboration with product management and engineering
- User research: planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews, usability tests, and in-app surveys
- Prototyping and testing: creating prototypes, preparing and conducting usability tests, and drawing clear next steps from test results
- Design system and quality: maintaining and consistently developing the design system, working closely with engineering to ensure concepts are not only well-designed but also well-built
- AI in the design process: actively driving the use of new AI tools in the team and setting standards
Requirements
- AI-native working experience
- At least 3 years of experience in product or UX design
- Strong conceptual skills
- Experience in user research, both qualitative and quantitative
- Experience with design systems
- Familiarity with Figma
- Data affinity
- Self-responsible working style
- Experience with B2B or SaaS products
- Native German speaker
- Residence in Hamburg or surrounding areas, or remote work with occasional on-site presence
