Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in Design Systems
- Proven experience in Design Systems creation, evolution, and governance
- Strong sensitivity for consistency, scalability, and standards
- Familiarity with Figma and similar tools
- Knowledge of collaboration with development teams
- Interest or experience in AI utilization in workflows
