You will define the visual and interaction principles of Skello's product and build the design system architecture. Additionally, you will ensure the visual and interaction consistency of the product while innovating user experience patterns.
Responsibilities
- Define the foundations and evangelize the product design principles
- Construct and maintain the design system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective design implementation and optimize user experience
- Develop and maintain the design system's tokens, components, patterns, motion, and accessibility
- Document each component with its DOs and DON'Ts, use cases, and anti-patterns
Requirements
- Experience in building and maintaining a Design System
- Proficiency in Figma, Storybook, and front-end code
- Strong understanding of component-driven design and scalability
- Exigence visuelle and interactionnelle non négociable
- Ability to communicate effectively and convince through quality and documentation
