- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Web Engineering, and Design Systems
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to designers, supporting their growth and development
Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating excellence in leading design processes and execution
- Experience in managing complex projects and teams
- Advanced knowledge of visual design principles (typography, layout, color, systems)
- Strong understanding of design systems, design processes, and design tools
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
