Oversee and manage the graphic design team within the creative art and design team for park entertainment. Establish and unify the creative vision for future projects and supervise the development of concept decks.
Responsibilities
- Lead the graphic design team in creating high-quality visual design elements
- Develop and maintain the overall visual design strategy for the theme park
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency
- Manage and mentor junior designers
- Ensure timely delivery of design projects
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in graphic design
- Experience in the entertainment or theme park industry
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
