Graphic Designer (Marketing & Brand Execution)

The Graphic Designer will design and adapt marketing materials across various touchpoints and ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality visual executions on time.
Responsibilities
- Design and adapt marketing materials across multiple touchpoints, including in-store visuals, POSM, digital assets, social media
- Execute day-to-day design requests such as resizing, layout adjustments, typography refinement, and color corrections while maintaining brand consistency
- Translate campaign briefs into clear visual outputs, including mood boards, layouts, and final production files
- Working with internal stakeholders as a leading role for local giftbox design projects, frequent liaising with HQ design, and quality team
- Ensure all creative assets adhere to global brand guidelines and local market needs
- Maintain high standards of visual aesthetics, with strong attention to detail in typography, layout, and composition
- Collaborate closely with regional/HQ teams to align on creative direction and ensure accurate localization of global assets
- Communicate design rationale clearly in English (both written and verbal) to internal and external stakeholders
- Work with external agencies, printers, and production vendors to deliver creative assets on time and within budget
- Manage timelines, feedback loops, and revisions across multiple stakeholders
- Support marketing team in campaign rollout planning and execution
- Stay updated on design trends, retail visual merchandising, and consumer aesthetics
- Proactively suggest improvements to enhance visual impact and customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in graphic design (retail, FMCG, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both creative design and executional work
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and AI creative tools
- Good understanding of print production and digital asset requirements
- Ability to balance creativity with practical execution
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership of deliverables
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) are essential for HQ collaboration
- Experience working with external agencies or vendors
