Designer graphique senior / Senior Graphic Designer

Lead the design team to elevate brand identity and establish visual standards across digital, print, packaging, and retail touchpoints. Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop innovative creative concepts and manage external agencies and freelancers.

Responsibilities

• Create brand guidelines, design impactful marketing campaigns, and manage a creative team
• Establish and maintain brand standards across all touchpoints (digital, print, packaging, retail)
• Contribute to defining the creative vision and ensure consistency of the visual identity across all projects
• Develop innovative creative concepts and create visual assets that support marketing and business objectives

Requirements

• University degree and/or college diploma (DEC) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in both agency and corporate environments
• Experience managing a creative team
• Experience creating brand guidelines from the ground up
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
