Responsibilities
- Manage the design process from early client engagement through to detailed design and consenting within a preconstruction team. Coordinate consultants and collaborate with construction teams to ensure designs are practical, buildable, and aligned with commercial objectives.
Requirements
- Requires at least 3 years of experience managing design delivery in commercial construction with a strong understanding of Design & Build environments. Candidates should possess excellent relationship-building skills and proficiency in MS Suite and SharePoint.
