The BESS Engineering team member will be responsible for the technical design, engineering, and integration of Battery Energy Storage Systems across the company’s renewable energy portfolio. This role includes driving technical due diligence, system architecture, vendor evaluation, and supporting project execution from concept to commissioning.

Requirements
- Candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, with 8-10 years of experience in renewable energy, including at least 5 years in utility-scale BESS design and engineering. Strong knowledge of battery technologies and proficiency in electrical design software is required.
