The Product Designer will be responsible for the complete design of the online shop, utilizing insights from tests and user feedback to develop features that enhance conversion rates. They will also analyze A/B tests and user data to derive optimizations and validate designs through user testing.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing A/B-Tests, Heatmaps, and Funnels to optimize conversion rates
- Conducting user tests and customer surveys to validate designs
- Developing prototypes for new ideas and strategies using AI
- Building, maintaining, and extending the design system
- Evaluating new ideas for feasibility and effort from a UX perspective
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI Design
- Umfassende Skills in allen Phasen des Designprozesses
- Erfahrung in der Auswertung von Metriken, Nutzungsdaten und A/B-Ergebnissen
- Ability to operate independently and as part of a team
- Fließendes Deutsch
