- Design intuitive, accessible digital experiences across web and mobile platforms
- Create detailed user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs
- Transform complex requirements into simple, customer-friendly journeys
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams throughout the discovery, design, and delivery phases
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for improving the customer experience
- Design connected user journeys across multiple touchpoints
- Balance customer needs, business goals, and regulatory considerations in all design decisions
- Measure the impact of UX enhancements by analyzing user feedback and engagement metrics
Requirements
- Strong foundation in UX design principles
- Passion for creating user-centered solutions
- Experience working within agile environments
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
- Solid understanding of UX, interaction design, and information architecture
- Ability to translate customer insights and data into effective design decisions
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
- Proactive attitude toward continuous improvement
- Experience in designing for accessibility and inclusive design principles
