The Middle Graphic Designer will create advertising and branding creatives, key visuals, and landing pages for campaigns. They will also work with AI tools for visual generation and adapt materials for various formats and channels.
Responsibilities
- Create advertising and brand creatives, key visuals, informers, email visuals, and landings for launches and campaigns
- Work with AI tools to generate visuals, research, moodboards, ideation, and production
- Make variations of strong creatives for testing different approaches, messages, and styles
- Adapt materials to different formats, channels, and tasks without losing quality and identity
- Work within the Skvot brand system
- Work with existing and test new AI tools and integrate them into the daily design process for quick and quality realization of materials
- Quickly engage in tasks, meet deadlines, and work in the pace of the creative team
- Participate in brainstorms, reference searches, and creation of new visual formats
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in graphic or digital design
- Portfolio that shows taste, insight, visual thinking, typographic skills, and ability to work with a brand
- Deep understanding of composition, typography, hierarchy, rhythm, and balance between graphics, text, and message
- Confident mastery of Figma and Adobe Suite
- Understanding of commercial design principles: how visuals work on attention, emotion, conversion, and brand message
- Experience creating advertising creatives, social media visuals, brand communications, landings, email visuals, or performance creatives
- Ability to build a strong key visual, develop visual systems, and scale brand aesthetics to different digital formats
- Orientation in modern digital formats and platforms: Meta, TikTok, Reels, YouTube, landings, advertising
- Understanding of modern digital visual culture, internet visual language, trends, and context of creative industries
- Ability to work with AI tools for graphics, video, references, and production process: not just generating images, but integrating AI into design thinking and workflow
- Understanding of the full design-production flow: from brief, reference search, and concept to final design
- Ability to quickly generate several strong options for different audiences, channels, and tasks without losing quality
- Self-organization, attention to detail, and ability to work in the pace of launches, tests, and deadlines
- Openness to feedback, ability to constructively integrate it, and argue own design decisions
