The role involves contributing to the evolution of a roadmap aligned with business objectives and client expectations, as well as co-creating solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. The designer will also conduct user interviews, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with developers to implement designs.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the evolution of the roadmap aligned with business objectives and client expectations
- Co-create solutions with stakeholders until handoff to improve client experience and operational efficiency
- Conduct interviews, observations, and focus groups to identify needs
- Prepare and facilitate workshops with users or stakeholders
- Collaborate on projects in consulting mode (full-time or part-time)
- Design prototypes, mockups, and cartographies to communicate interactions and visual appearance
- Present concepts to the team and stakeholders
- Ensure visual and functional consistency of design across projects and promote best practices (e.g., Design System)
- Collaborate with developers for design implementation
- Conduct user testing and A/B testing and make modifications based on feedback
- Contribute to pre-sales activities and design offers
Requirements
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience as a UI-UX Designer
- Solid expertise in user-centered design and usability principles
- Mastery of design tools, particularly Figma
- Appetence for AI and willingness to integrate it into practices
- Experience with web accessibility standards (WCAG AA) and design systems
- Strong systemic thinking to address complex design challenges
- Ability to articulate design decisions clearly
