The Product Designer will orchestrate the service ecosystem by mapping end-to-end journeys and identifying opportunities for AI to enhance user experience. They will conduct continuous UX research and usability testing to inform product decisions and ensure intuitive interactions with AI.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the ecosystem (Service Design): mapping end-to-end journeys, identifying contact points, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities where AI can enhance the user experience
- Research and discovery: planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research, in-depth interviews, usability tests, and behavioral analysis to understand real user needs
- Apply cognitive psychology (Behavioral Design): developing interface mechanics based on cognitive biases, heuristics, and behavior change models
- Design for and with AI: designing interaction patterns for dynamic, generative, and conversational interfaces
- Systemic vision and prototyping: translating complex service flows into solid information architectures, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
Requirements
- Graduation in Design, Digital Design, Product Design, UX Design, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related areas
- Proven experience in Product Design, with a portfolio that demonstrates the design of complex digital products
- Deep understanding of Service Design tools (Journey Mapping, Service Blueprints, Ecosystems of Actors)
- Practical knowledge of Figma (componentization, design systems) and documentation tools
