Social Media & Design Manager:in (m/w/d)

The role is split equally between social media content creation and graphic design to make the organization's educational innovation visible. Responsibilities include planning content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, as well as designing professional marketing materials and visual templates.

Responsibilities

• Planning and creating content for social media channels
• Developing creative formats, from postings and reels to smaller campaigns
• Accompanying workshops and events with photo and video recordings and preparing the content
• Observing trends and developments and bringing new ideas for digital communication
• Taking care of the community and supporting the maintenance of editorial plans
• Designing graphics, presentations, and communication materials in line with the brand identity
• Developing templates and visual formats that make the work professional and appealing
• Preparing content for the website, newsletter, and other communication channels
• Supporting the quality assurance of marketing materials and ensuring a consistent appearance

Requirements

• Experience in social media management for organizations, companies, or brands
• Knowledge of graphic design and familiarization with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools
• Sense of design, visual language, typography, and color worlds
• Experience in photo and video production as well as basic video editing skills
• Creative and independent work with high quality standards
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Structure, reliability, and organizational talent
• Interest in education, innovation, and digital topics
