The role involves co-creating B2B, B2E, and B2C experiences by identifying user pain points and designing end-to-end journeys. Responsibilities include creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems while collaborating with stakeholders and developers to ensure visual and functional consistency.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the evolution of the company's roadmap
- Co-create solutions with stakeholders to improve client experiences and operational efficiency
- Conduct interviews, observations, and focus groups to identify user needs
- Prepare and facilitate workshops with users or stakeholders
- Design prototypes, mockups, and cartographies to communicate interactions and visual appearance
- Collaborate with developers to implement designs
- Conduct user testing and A/B testing to inform design decisions
Requirements
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in UI-UX design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and usability principles
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools
- Experience with IA and willingness to integrate it into design practices
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG AA)
- Ability to articulate design decisions clearly
