The Product Designer will support the evolution of the customer service experience in both contact centers and physical stores. Responsibilities include ensuring the quality of the service platform products and translating field needs into effective interface solutions.

- Ensure governance, evolution, and quality of the product experience
- Act as a bridge between product, governance, and operation teams
- Translate real needs into consistent, efficient, and user-centered interface solutions
- Guide good design practices, support design decisions, and contribute to product evolution
Requirements
- Product Designer with UX writing skills
- Experience as a Product Designer at a senior level
- Ability to work end-to-end in the design process
- Good communication and articulation with different areas and stakeholders
- Ability to understand real problems, defend design decisions, and explain design reasoning
