- Lead the end-to-end design of intuitive and accessible digital experiences by translating customer needs into product solutions. Drive the evolution of design systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve usability and design standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in UX/UI design with proficiency in Figma and a strong portfolio of responsive, mobile-first designs. Knowledge of accessibility principles, user research methods, and experience working within Agile delivery teams is required.
