The Head of Design Engineering will own the SoC execution from RTL to GDSII, ensuring quality and schedule from synthesis through tape-out. They will also lead silicon bring-up readiness and provide hands-on technical leadership across physical implementation.

- The Head of Design Engineering will own the SoC execution from RTL to GDSII, ensuring quality and schedule from synthesis through tape-out. They will also lead silicon bring-up readiness and provide hands-on technical leadership across physical implementation.
Requirements
- Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in SoC/ASIC development with multiple successful tape-outs and deep expertise in PCIe and/or CXL architectures. Strong leadership experience in managing high-performing engineering teams in complex silicon programs is also required.
