The Design Manager will oversee and coordinate design efforts performed by third-party architects and engineers, ensuring that the design is executable within budget and schedule constraints. They will also guide the owner/design/contractor team through project chartering sessions and lead design milestone planning sessions.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Architecture is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of construction and design experience. Specific experience in industrial and/or hi-tech semiconductor manufacturing projects is preferred, along with strong communication and technical skills.
