Full-time Manager

The Recurring CAPEX Design Manager will support CAPEX planning and design coordination across the hotel portfolio, ensuring alignment with design intent and operational requirements. They will also act as the main contact for hotel General Managers and coordinate with various teams throughout project phases.

Responsibilities

  • The Recurring CAPEX Design Manager will support CAPEX planning and design coordination across the hotel portfolio, ensuring alignment with design intent and operational requirements. They will also act as the main contact for hotel General Managers and coordinate with various teams throughout project phases.

Requirements

  • Candidates should have a degree in a relevant field and over 8 years of experience in hospitality refurbishment and CAPEX management. Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and proficiency in relevant software tools are also required.
