UX Researcher (m/w/d)

You will support product teams in the user-centered development of our website and app using appropriate user research methods. This includes planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative user research studies and analyzing the results to derive user requirements and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Supporting product teams in the user-centered further development of the website and app
• Planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative user research studies
• Analyzing studies and user needs and deriving user requirements and concrete recommendations for action
• Collaborating with product management, UX design, and other stakeholders
• Preparing research results in a comprehensible and target-group-specific manner and presenting them within the company

Requirements

• Completed studies in computer science, human factors, psychology or similar training
• Several years of professional experience in user research or UX research
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Good understanding of user-centered product development and agile working methods
• Analytical thinking and ability to break down complex relationships and prepare them in an understandable way
• Strong customer orientation and high communicative competence
