The Senior Product Designer will work on developing a strategic digital product in the beauty and premium retail sector. Responsibilities include designing user journeys, creating high-fidelity prototypes, and collaborating with product, tech, and design teams.
Responsibilities
- Design user journeys and complex interfaces
- Produce high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
- Create data-rich experiences for daily business use
- Participate in the evolution of the Design System and create new components as needed
- Define interactions and micro-interactions for a coherent and fluid experience
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Design teams
- Present and defend design choices to stakeholders
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Product Design
- Strong UX, UI, and Interaction Design skills
- Expertise in advanced prototyping
- Experience with complex B2B/B2E products rich in data
- Knowledge of Design Systems
- Ability to simplify complex user journeys and create consistent experiences
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish
