The main responsibilities include creating and optimizing landing pages and funnels, managing digital campaigns, and providing technical support to clients. The role also involves configuring marketing automations and assisting the marketing and customer success teams.

Responsibilities

• Creation and optimization of landing pages, funnels, and web pages
• Technical and graphic management of company and client digital campaigns
• Configuration of marketing automations and software integrations
• Technical support to customers on the use of the Piramid.io platform
• Management of tickets and operational assistance
• Creation and updating of guides and tutorials
• Setting up newsletters, DEM, and automated communications
• Loading content into reserved training areas
• Operational support to the Marketing and Customer Success team

Requirements

• Experience, even minimal, in creating websites, funnels, or landing pages
• Familiarity with page builders and no-code tools
• Good graphic sense and attention to detail
• Organizational and priority management skills
• Problem-solving and operational autonomy
• Good knowledge of digital tools
• Good understanding of written English
